  • 1 cup Rolled Oats
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 cup Milk any kind
  • 1 Apple peeled, cored, and diced
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoon Maple Syrup or honey
  • 1 pinch Salt

Instructions
 

  • 1. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil.
  • 2. Add oats, diced apple, cinnamon, and salt. Reduce heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • 3. Stir in milk and cook for another 2-3 minutes until creamy.
  • 4. Remove from heat and stir in maple syrup.
  • 5. Serve warm, optionally topped with additional apple slices and a sprinkle of cinnamon.

Notes

Feel free to add nuts or dried fruits for extra texture and flavor.
