Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Chicken or vegetable broth
  • 2 tablespoons Miso paste
  • 1 cup Button mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 packages Ramen noodles
  • 2 cups Baby spinach
  • 2 pieces Green onions, sliced

Instructions
 

  • 1. In a large pot, bring the broth to a simmer.
  • 2. Add the miso paste and stir until dissolved.
  • 3. Add the mushrooms and garlic, and cook for 5 minutes.
  • 4. Stir in the soy sauce and sesame oil.
  • 5. Add the ramen noodles and cook according to package instructions.
  • 6. Add the baby spinach and cook until wilted.
  • 7. Serve hot, garnished with green onions.
