Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup couscous
  • 1 cup water boiling
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ cup chopped parsley
  • ¼ cup diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese

Instructions
 

  • 1. Boil the water and add salt and olive oil.
  • 2. Pour the boiling water over the couscous in a mixing bowl.
  • 3. Cover the bowl and let it sit for 5 minutes.
  • 4. Fluff the couscous with a fork.
  • 5. Stir in parsley, tomatoes, and feta cheese.
