Ingredients
  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 large Onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 500 g Ground Beef
  • 2 tablespoon Chili Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 400 g Canned Tomatoes
  • 400 g Kidney Beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  • Add the chopped onion and cook until soft, about 5 minutes.
  • Add the minced garlic and cook for another minute.
  • Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it up with a wooden spoon.
  • Stir in the chili powder, ground cumin, and paprika, and cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Add the canned tomatoes, kidney beans, beef broth, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a boil.
  • Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  • Serve hot with your favorite toppings.

Notes

Feel free to adjust the spices to your liking. You can also add more vegetables like bell peppers or corn.
