  • 4 Eggs large
  • 2 tablespoon Milk
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Pepper freshly ground

Instructions
 

  • 1. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk together with the milk.
  • 2. Heat the butter in a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  • 3. Pour in the egg mixture and let it sit for a few seconds.
  • 4. Gently stir with a spatula, pushing the eggs from the edges to the center.
  • 5. Cook until the eggs are just set but still slightly runny. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes

For creamier eggs, you can add a bit more milk or a splash of cream.
